Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed! Our store is open every day, and you can simply walk in to rent a traditional Thai costume. No deposit required either – just come and get started!
If you’d like makeup and hair styling, please allow about an hour for the process. Just keep in mind that we close at 6 PM, so be sure to return your costume before then. We look forward to seeing you! 😊
Do I need to bring anything?
No, you don’t need to bring anything! We provide everything you need to complete the look, including traditional shoes and socks for rent, ensuring an authentic Thai costume experience.
However, if you prefer not to rent shoes, we recommend bringing your own footwear that matches the outfit—something simple and elegant that won’t contrast with the traditional Thai style.
Do you have many sizes and colors to choose from?
We have a wide variety of sizes to fit everyone and many beautiful colors to choose from. We also offer lots of authentic accessories to complete your look, including traditional umbrellas, elegant hand fans, matching shoes, decorative swords, stunning crowns, beautiful bags, and much more. You’ll find everything you need to create your perfect Thai royal experience!
What are your opening hours?
We’re open every day from 8 AM to 6 PM, rain or shine! You can order online and pick up during opening hours, or simply walk in whenever you like.
We’re near MRT Mangkon station for easy access. Plenty of taxis and tuk-tuks are available right outside. If you’re staying in the city center (Siam, Sukhumvit, Asoke), our store is conveniently on the way to temples.
If it rains, don’t worry! Come after the rain stops or even on another day. Our air-conditioned store is comfortable while you wait out any weather. We want you to have the best experience possible! 😊 🚕✨
Can I hire a photographer for a photoshoot?
Yes! We work with talented freelance photographers who specialize in traditional Thai costume shoots. Just book one day in advance.
Visit our Photographers page for more details and our recommended photographer list. Feel free to reach out if you have questions – we’re happy to help you capture perfect moments! 📸✨
What's the best time to take photos?
Early morning is ideal when it’s cooler and temples are less crowded. For afternoon shoots, timing depends on the season:
November – March: Best after 3:30 PM when the sun softens. Golden hour starts around 4:30 PM, sunset around 5:20 PM.
April – October: Best after 4 PM (often cloudy). Golden hour around 5 PM, sunset around 6:30 PM.
Remember Bangkok traffic! Add 15 minutes to your travel time just in case.
… they made everything so easy and fun 😍
